2010 Audi S4 – Sunset Imports First!

I have heard it said that the new B8 (2010 +) S4 is understated and resembles the look of the 2009 S-Line A4. I agree with the latter part of this statement, however I can not disagree more with the initial part. The new 2010 S4 is bold and the body truly comes to life when you understand what kind technology is under the surface; in short I think it is perfectly executed. With the new design you not only get a great looking Audi you also get the advantage of the Audi MLP (Modular Longitudinal Platform) that creates that perfect balance of extremely functional Quattro sedan that is very fun to drive. Unless you have had the privilege to drive the S4 from back in the day to the Bi-Turbo V6 and back to the heavy V8, you could really not know how great the new S4 handles. As far as design, Audi is not BMW and it is not Mercedes or any other manufacturer. Our design stays true and functional and the look is “Audi”. As far a driving impressions, they are to come. I wanted to share pictures for now and clear the air a bit on the look and true versatility of the new 2010 Audi S4. However I have heard the 2010 S4 is very quick! I will keep you all posted on personal impressions and feedback from others who have put the 2010 S4 through its paces. Audi is coming out with a number of different drivetrain options for 2010 + .So my bet is you will have your next Audi in the near future with the exact drivetrain you have wanted.

From what I’ve heard Scott there are no plans to sell a TT (with any engine) in the US with a manual transmission. Same with the A3 and also no S5 Cab with a manual. At least the S4 will be available with the manual transmission but it’s not currently on my shopping list.

Weather you go with the new 7-Speed DSG or the classic Manual transmission the 2010 S4 is a blast to drive.

I want to move up to an S4 when my A3 lease is over. The lease rates unfortunately, are insanely high on the S4 (canadian). I hope it goes lower when my lease is due in April.
The design on the standard 18″ wheel is a lot better than the optional 19s equipped on that car.
