Audi of America is leading the way with it’s commitment to customer service and to prove that, today they announced a new position of Director of Customer Experience and awarded the position to Jeri Ward. Ward has previous experience with Audi as General Manager of Customer Advocacy, and has many additional years behind her in Marketing as well as customer relations, previously with Ford Motor Company. This new position will focus on improving customer experience and loyalty throughout the brand as well as overseeing the Audi Club Of North America and all other enthusiast groups related to the company, the Customer Care Call Center and ensuring customer excellence within the company.
It’s a big job and we would love to pick her brain!!!
