How much do we love the R8? Hopefully as much as our loyal clientel. The local Family that brought this 2008 R8 in loved it so much they traded it in on a white 2009 R8 with a carbon fiber side blade. When spending time with my friends on the weekends, like everyone else, we talk about work and what is going on in the office. During dinner if I bring up cars everyone gets excited and talks about what they drive and what they know or have heard about Audi. After we brought this R8 in and prepared it for the showroom I mentioned to my friends “we have an R8 on the showroom floor” and they respond, “the Ironman car!” I love that we have such a strong public image that people know us from our appearances in Hollywood films. I know most of the people I spend time with know me as “The Audi Guy” and I think this is great, but even more importantly, they love the Audi brand I represent. So back to this R8 on the showroom floor, I think it is great that we have clients who have such a passion for the product that they have to have the newest Audi. I am grateful to work for such a progressive and exciting automotive company; I love my job, but at the end of the day, it is my passion for the brand and and ultimetly my customers that keep me coming into the office each day.
